Olena Mevsha Adavi

I am Olena Mevsha Adavi. I have twenty years experience working with children and adults to create an inspiring musical experience and to help students achieve their musical potential. I teach both piano and voice. I brings my extensive background in music instruction and an innate ability to connect with students.
I remember my first impression of hearing someone playing piano. I was amazed and charmed by its magical sound. I wanted to learn how to play that musical instrument and singed up to the piano classes. My musical path began. My first 7 years I spend learning piano at the Music Studio. Than I went to study to the Music College in Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine, where I spend another 4 years of intense study in specializing in piano, voice, music theory and literature. Later, I studied another 5 years to get a Bachelor’s degree in Music from the University of Culture and Arts in Kyiv, Ukraine. Additional to the music degree I have earned as Associate degree in Fine Arts from Mountain View College Dallas, TX and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Gonzaga University, Spokane, WA.
